02 · Project Overview

Making It Easier for Parents to Find the Right Learning Programme

Well Baby Lingual is a children’s learning institute offering English, Chinese, and developmental programmes for young learners. Its teaching approach combines structured learning with play, conversation, and practical activities.

The institute had a strong range of programmes, but information was spread across multiple materials and presented in different visual and verbal styles. Parents could see available classes, but it was not always immediately clear which programme was suitable for their child or how each class supported development.

We developed a parent-first content system designed to answer three essential questions: what the child will learn, why the method is appropriate for their age, and what parents should do next.

03 · Challenge

Turning Complex Programme Information into Clear Parent Decisions

The main objective was to position Well Baby Lingual as a trusted institute that understands child development and provides structured learning in an enjoyable environment.

Multiple Ages and Levels

Several programmes served different age groups and learning stages, making programme selection difficult to communicate quickly.

Too Much Detail for Social Media

Existing programme materials contained valuable information but were often too detailed for advertising and fast-scrolling platforms.

Different Programme Messages

English, Chinese, and Early Years programmes required different communication angles while still belonging to one consistent brand.

Benefits Needed More Clarity

Parents needed to understand practical learning outcomes rather than only course names, lesson topics, or curriculum terminology.

Category Differentiation

The brand needed to distinguish itself from traditional tutoring centres focused mainly on memorisation and worksheets.

Clearer Conversion Paths

Calls to action needed to guide parents naturally from awareness toward trial-class or level-assessment enquiries.

The communication needed to help parents quickly understand which programme matched their child’s stage, what development it supported, and what action to take next.

04 · Strategy

Shift the Message from Courses to Child Development

We changed the communication from simply describing what the institute teaches to explaining what parents want their children to gain through age-appropriate, practical, and enjoyable learning.

01

Parent-First Communication

Messages focused on developmental stages, confidence, practical communication, activity-based learning, and gradual progress rather than memorisation alone.

02

Programme-Specific Messaging

Early Years focused on exploration and development, English on Phonics and speaking confidence, and Chinese on listening, pronunciation, Pinyin, conversation, reading, and writing.

03

Three-Stage Content Funnel

Awareness introduced the learning philosophy, consideration addressed parent concerns and educational insights, and conversion promoted trial classes and level assessments.

04

Trust Through Authenticity

Real classroom photographs, teacher-child interaction, and actual learning activities helped parents imagine their children learning comfortably in the environment.
